Dinner...

Beautiful day, so I am pushing summer with:
Big salad with mango and strawberries, grilled shrimp ( with lots of fresh garlic and ginger) and scallops for Neil ( cooked in bacon fat) and the crumbled bacon!

  1. OK, I've held back long enough. How 'bout a spinach salad, little balsamic, blue cheese, berries, roasted pecans. Do some whole wheat orzo, chicken, videlia onions, shrooms, marsalla w/ olive oil. A vegitarian low-fat lasagna? Some roasted lamb, cucumber yogurt sauce, pita? You are one of the most creative people I know. Crank it up. You're in a rut.
