Communal living, Dinner Three, Mine

Picking collards with Scot...

My night to cook.... 26 for dinner, half a bottle of sweet tea flavored vodka later, everyone enjoyed it very much.
  • Pomegranate and Honey glazed pork roast
  • collards
  • rice and gravy
  • squash casserole
  • carrots and broccoli
  • salad with Vidalia onions, these yummy baby cucumbers from the garden, art hearts, apples, peppers and sliced tomatoes
  • green and wax beans cooked with a ham hock..
  • some left over slaw from last night





Dessert was banana pudding or a pear ginger crumble that fellow communer Susan made, it was lovely, the Banana pudding sort of melted, but everyone liked it all the same, sort of banana pudding soup.
