 Roast Chicken

Swiss Chard
Lightly Fried Corn

Yes, I spilt my tea......
 The first cooked indoor meat and three I have done in a long time, I was just craving some real food. The very VERY first fresh corn of the season, just put in a black skillet with butter , salt and pepper, one of the things that make life worth living!
