Pretty sure the little pans I used were all wrong - but other than that I followed the recipe to the letter and they just came our HORRIBLE. I served my guests slimy runny eggs with lots of vanilla and sugar and a hard disk of burnt sugar..... MAJOR embarrassing desert fail!
