dinner

Almost all local!
( I can't speak for the pig )

This was my farm stand run this afternoon -
all of which went in the dinner, most happy to get the tomatoes!

Started out with a lovely Bruschetta

 
 A pork loin that I roasted over little red new potatoes 
and sweet potatoes- with onion and garlic, 
\started out covered, then took off the foil
the meat cooks faster than the veggie
 Mixed grilled vegtables
Cuke Salad and Fresh Corn 
w/ butter and basil
