MOVIE DAY

A very pretty film - not on par at all with the rest I have seen in todays announcement. It just treads way too highly on some highly complex themes , even here in 2016 - letting them coast in 1926 just seemed style over substance.
I also have a cinema pet peeve with a whispering Eddie Redmain. There have been a couple of movies where he goes to his whisper voice - not his best work, in my opinion. Alicia Vikander is just amazing , I would say a sure fire win from the list of supporting actress'.
