Dinner incognito!
A little downtown restaurant called Editables
It was very nice, there were only three other tables
other than the seven gay Episcopalians
wearing khakis
Monday evening martini? Yes, thank you.
I started with a beet and goat cheese
salad, Neil had the tuna tartare,
g.e.w.k next to me had panzella.
I had a yummy organic , free range roasted
chicken with a garlicky grilled polenta and
haricot vert, the picture did not come out.
g.e.w.k. across from me had Barracuda!
Some shared deserts and coffee
a banana bread pain perdu ( snooty french toast )
with a " fosters " sauce thing, some
berry compote and creme was my
favorite.
A very nice change of pace!
