Dinner

TRADITION!


I have never made a corned beef before - I don't really care for it, but in my unsuccessful hunt for prune  hamantaschen yesterday, I kept running into these things on sale. Neil really likes it , so boom - into the slow cooker it went. Easy to do, the little spice pac comes with the brisket. I added some onions and carrots, and you just cook in water. Not even any salt or pepper.



  • Home cooked corned beef
  • cabbage
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • bread and butter pickles
It was good, not something I will do anytime other than March 17th, but at least I know I can.
