I hope , so hope that you all watched this speech live - maybe the best speech by a President that I have ever seen. If not, go make a cup of tea, get a cookie , sit down and just watch.
It is still a little bit unbelievable sometimes when The President of the United States thinks that Neil and I , and every gay and lesbian American are equal citizens. Yet here in what many are calling the best Presidential speech in a generation and maybe President Obama's best - we are on equal footing with everyone else.
How any one could find fault with this is beyond me.
Hats off to President and Mrs. Bush for being there.
