Dinner



After four days of junk and taco soup, I needed a real supper 
and Neil is home.

Breaded Chicken Cutlet

Whipped White Potatoes

Brussels Sprouts 
w/bacon and onion

Squash and Onions
Done like on A Chefs Life and they were very good. 

I did not use bacon fat, just vegetable oil, since I already had bacon in the sprouts.
They cook much longer than I normally would cook summer squash, but turn our really good, it is almost equal parts thin sliced onion and same way squash, the onion going all sweet with time.
