MARRIAGE EQUALITY

First off, isn't Maryland a very oddly shaped state - 

and secondly their Governor is SMOKING HOT.

( just had to get that out of the way )

Four days out and focus on the four states that have a " same sex marriage " question on the ballot. The red headed step child in this election - all the anti abortion PRO RAPE rank fools sucking up all the air from the nut job right. Four debates, one candidate/party pro marriage equality - on VERY opposed , black, white, night, day - and not a peep....  We are here, we are queer and .. they are pretty much over us.

Way back in the dark ages of 2004 this exact same initiative gave Bush II Ohio, and thus another term in the White House.... things change.

I'm having a hard time even finding the information that I want this morning, which is odd, I can always put my mouse on what I need. There just not seem to be much coverage - at least not much national coverage, and I do not know the names of the gay newspapers in these states. Now I have seen different polls from Maryland, so we shall just have to see.

The Portland [maine] Press Herald has an entire section on it's site on SSM - with little or no information! 

Here is a Sandy caused un-firewalled NYT article from Tuesday that says :

"Current polls indicate a solid lead for supporters in Maine and a lesser one in Washington State, while the races in Maryland and Minnesota are about even, with the opponents apparently gaining."

Now I have seen different polls from Maryland, so we shall just have to see. All four of these states will be bright shining blue come Wednesday morning, but as we all saw four years ago in California, that means nothing .

I will keep digging for some numbers, but just keep a heads up come Tuesday night. Four years ago, as all the good GOOD people in American celebrated, the lgbt folks did so with a slight pain.... hoping for all out whooping it up this go round....
