MOVIE DAY

I forgot to post this one - Neil and I ended round one of the Cinemark Classic Series movie with a long time favorite of mine , 1956's GIANT. Seems that this was one of the first movies Ted Turner owned or something because it ran often on the fantastic Sunday morning movie of the Ch17 of my youth.

To me GIANT is just the end all of the entire studio system, and a movie that is so about 1956 America.

We braved the horrible Rochester weather to drive to the only theater that has been showing these great old movie. First time seeing Elizabeth Taylor on the big screen - you just understand  the it more...
