I don't know where I came across this, somewhere on Facebook or youtube - but its very interesting . I never really have known what the proper boundaries of Candler Park were, not that boundaries matter anymore in Atlanta, ( see Buckhead ) Just a little film fro 1980 about the changes that are happening there.
The shock of houses selling for up to 40k - here is one I got on a two second search of the area just now.... CANDLER PARK HOME.

I met your Daddy in Candler Park. He was playing tennis and I walked down just to enjoy the park...we chatted and discovered he lived across the street from where I lived... We both lived on McClendon Ave..
