I have NOT been a good homo blogger as of late.
A little bit busy, a little bit over whelmed and , in all honesty - a little bit fat and happy. My interest in New York State politics has dropped off to NON existent, the less time spent thinking about that total snake pit - albeit lovely - in Albany the better. The I got mine, screw you , school of thought on Marriage Equality that is NOT a good thing !
So lets check in on the four states that will be voting on if interracial marriage is legal - same sex marriage is legal on November 6th.

The greatest minds of the 14th century over and NOM and their ilk crow on and on about how EVERY state that has voted on SSM has voted it down, EVEY liberal California!! This is their main talking point. SO, if even one of these goes our way, that chink in their armor will just shred their argument . ALMOST all does not carry the same weight as ALL....
- Maine : HAS DP - and their Legislature passed and marriage equality bill = signed by their Governor signed it. BUT, they have citizens review or what ever up there and got enough votes on a referendum to get the law put up to a vote....
- Washington : Has DP - just like Maine, the Legislature passed it, Governor signed it... right wing Christians got enough signatures to get it on the ballot
- Has DP - and the same
- Minnesota : this is the odd bill out! No marriage at all - going the route of straight to the people that NOM talks about so much... IF this passes it will the close to the last nail in the coffin
