Dinner



 Very Rare Roast Leg of Lamb
( this is Neil's plate, Mine was not SO rare )
Mashed Potatoes
Greek Green Beans


When we were in Wegmans earlier this week ALL of the jumbo pricey hunks of meat that they had for the holidays were on a super sale - this is a free range organic blah blah big leg of lamb that was more that 50% off.

I can't find my rack so I just cooked on a raft of root veggies and garlic, I used THIS recipe to roast the lamb - I would have taken it 10 min more in the oven than this.

And yes, we got a lovely box of blue willow and things from Winder this trip!
