We saw a lovely production of CABARET tonight at GEVA. The Sally Bowls was played by Storm Large, who was on a CBS sort of Rock Star show, she was very good. Looked a bit like ole Dana Bass ( most of Barrow County is to this day still! talking about her RIZZO from the 1983 wbhs production of Grease) Neither Neil or I had ever seen the stage version Cabaret. Its very different than the 1972 movie, which one of the actors told us in a prolog was re arranged to show more LIZA.
A very nice evening.
