dinner

The best beets I ever had! I bought these not knowing they were tri-colored. I don't usually buy the locally grown organic ones, but these were the same price, so home they came. What a lovely surprise when I went to cook them. Each of the colors tastes a little different and you would SWEAR you just ate pure cane sugar after eating these candy cane ones . Just YUM!
