* A smoked picnic ham - it was cheap, really cheap when I went to a Tops to buy the Easter Lamb. Had no idea how to really cook it, so just went low and slow, But! It would not fit in my crock pot. So, in a big pot with all sorts of flavors, covered well and into the oven for a good long time . Turned out really well - I thought it was a little too salty, but it was a smoked ham- should be salty.
