So, one day last week , I got this massive craving for Martha Stewert's mothers stuffed cabbage. I must have come across the video or something.. and just had to have it. But, neither Wegmans nor the Mendon Meadows Market had any large cabbages, that you have to have to do this. I was out and about and remembered that there was a Price Chopper near me, and they had a big crate of giant cabbages.
I knew that it takes a while to make this dish, and started too late , so it was rushed. I made them to big and did not use enough " gravy " .. they were just horrible. Total Gulumpki fail!
