I do love the smell of oil based plaster primer in the mornings

So months ago now ,we had the surprise upstairs toilet leak into the dining room. Insurance guy comes , writes the check - we got in touch with the contractor - and forgot all about it. Then today they show up and get busy - Ill keep you posted.
