a snowy cold Sunday in Mendon

I made a darn good dinner tonight. Took a boneless pork loin, browned it, with LOTS of onions, whole garlic cloves, carrots, salt/pepper/old bay and some Hot Italian sausage , added a large can of whole tomatoes that I cut in half. About half way through the cooking added some pitted black olived and rosemary.Cooked it on low for a while, YUM!
