Dinner for Kyle Crawford and Neil Houghton

A beef short rib cooked in a pot roast style, with potatoes and carrots , some tomatoes for flavor and zucchini. Tasted much better than it looks
 Served on the faux fiesta ware (2$ at the Walmart). Eaten in front of the tv while watching msnbc........
