Dinner and a Movie

Neil LOVED this chicken - and it was not hard to do really, you just have to marinade for a long time. I did eight hours, go longer - 12 ? what ever, and bump up the ginger/garlic. I do think I left out the salt which was , I'm sure not good for the taste, and did, natch' add some Texas Pete. 



This was a VERY cute quirky little movie, I really liked it.
