Our friend David is still in house, and we tried to invite some pals of his over to have dinner with us tonight, but they are off on vacation, so jus the three of us.
He was a tiny bit of a sad bird going into the oven , with a few things missing - and then some total avian outrage, as I
over cooked this bad boy - to beat the bird band. Not even three hours for a BIG thawed , frozen bird - sort of followed the package directions, just stuffed the cavity full of all sorts things to bring flavor.
man does not live by over cooked turkey alone

- Stuffing ( turns out in comes in a package, NEVER done it before, Kyled in up a big and was passable )
- Gravy
- Mashed Potatoes
- Cranberry sauce
- Green Beans
- Carrots w/ Indian Spices
We will still do the Full Monty on Thursday, this was just a trial run
