TWO DAYS LATE.
Even though I did start the pie on the night of the 14th, I just started it too late, as this pie took for ever! Make this, let it rest/ cool. Make something else, let it rest / cool / sit. It is a six hour pie, or in this case a three day pie. It was good, although not as coconuty as I would have liked it to have been. You could add more of the " cream " or just the coconut flavor.
and now i can not remember what recipe i even used, i have it printed out, but dont know what site it came from , but will link soon!
