 I have never really been one to go out on Cinco De Mayo - that AND there are no , really not one, Mexican restaurants around here. So, a community dinner for Honeoye Falls at St Johns.

It was good, if I make it again, and I think I will, Ill add some chili, it needed spice, but when cooking for a large crowd, you really can't. ALSO!; Annatto oil stains everything!
