The Reality of Hope....

This is jaw dropping, and I will be shocked ( in a very happy sort of way..) if it holds but:

InsiderAdvantage poll: Obama now has razor-thin lead in Georgia
Friday, October 24, 2008, 09:56 AM
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
InsiderAdvantage has a new poll up this morning, showing the U.S. Senate and presidential races in Georgia to be toss-ups.
In fact, the local polling firm says Democrat Barack Obama now has a slight edge over Republican John McCain, though within the margin of error. Both polls, conducted last night, are of 615 likely voters, with a margin of error of 3.8 percentage points.
In the presidential: Obama, 48%; McCain, 47%; other, 2%; and undecided, 2%.
I mean, just this headline in the Atlanta paper is ... well, shocking. A liberal , black,  could be a yankee Presidential Candidate ahead with 11 days to go. I do not think it is some sort of major ground swell in Georgia, I think its more of just the perfect storm against John McCain and the GOP.
If this holds, I may have to come to Atlanta. Election night of 1992 was one of the most fun nights ever. There was literally dancing in the streets of Midtown Atlanta. So, get your conga shoes ready, Susan!.........

Hey, election night in 1996 in Little Rock was a lot of fun too, if I remember correctly! Wish I could be in Chicago this election night.

um, folks . . . we don't hold no truck with no Insider Advantage polls. Their polls are quietly eye-rolled at down south where they matter.

It may be true. But Insider Advantage only asked 615 people.

However . . . the number of Obama stickers on Cobb County-licensed cars is truly shocking.
