( and a pizza )
was not enough
I made him a lovely dinner.
( He said he wanted Scallops )
Seared Scallops and Shrimp w/
ginger soba, spinach and walnuts.
This was good, if I do say so myself.
- For the Ginger Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup finely minced ginger root - just chop it up and put it in the blender....
- 1 T. finely minced garlic - again, its going in the blender, dont do the chopping
- 1/2 cup olive oil or grapeseed oil - anything really
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice and a little zest
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
- ( I think I added a little bit of heat...)
- 1 t. white miso - i added a little bit more...
