RED WINGS OPENING DAY 2015

Dan Mason, General Manager of the Rochester Red Wings, went on all the tv stations, and told everyone that it WOULD be 50º on opening day, and if it did not everyone there would get a free ticket to any other game this Spring! - so everyone come on out to the ball park. He was off by about 12. Breaking my few year old rule of not going to games if it was not at least 55 degree out - we headed downtown for opening day festivities.

 Breakfast of Champions
Struggling to get to 40º cloudy and some whipping winds - I have been more comfortable in Frontier Field - but it was nice to be back out there with friends and fellow fans.
 Coffee Guy was very popular

A pitchers duel of a game, with Buffalo having a no hitter against us until the bottom of the 7th inning.
This was out table mate from the other night at bat
2015 a big charging station on the first base side
 Pulled Pork Nachos!
So, it's zero / zero bottom of the 9th, two outs - we are settling in for a little free baseball , thinking that at least the sun had come out to make us at least think we were warmer - when Josmil Pinto went deep with a two run walk off home run - WINGS WIN! ( and we get to get out of the cold  )
Turned into a nice day as we all went home.
