This is not what this supper started out to be.
It is a total pantry chicken and rice - but I wanted it to be bbq chicken. ALL I want to do is sit out side for an hour or so, have a couple of drink, play some tunes and BBQ some chicken. But, the weather has been so crazy up here - down right chilly, that it would be no fun to sit outside all bundled up to grill summer time bbq chicken!
My fingers are crossed for Friday Night, but I am not holding my breath - it has been too cold or too rainy all week long up here!
