A New Favorite !

I've just all but sworn off new cooking shows .. BECAUSE THEY ALL SUCK!  SUCKITY SUCK SUCK SUCK!  Food Network, other than Ida is just a lost cause - and the Cooking Channel , which started off with SUCH promise is zipping down the CUPCAKE WARS road to hell.
Now, that we are eating so healthy and carbless, my only food sin is visual. SO , happy happy joy joy I have found a show that I like AND that I learn from!!

From WIKI :French Food at Home is a James Beard Foundation Award-winning [1] cooking show presented by Laura Calder. It is filmed in Halifax, Nova Scotia and airs on Food Network Canada, the Asian Food Channel, and the Cooking Channel.
French Food at Home is a lifestyle series featuring simple French home cooking which anyone, anywhere, can make. All 78 episodes were shot in a home kitchen in Canada and include scenes of France (filmed in France) such as trips to the market and glimpses of everyday French food life. Music for the show was composed by Mike O'Neill.( the music is pretty fun )

AND there are a bunch of them on the YOUTUBE!
