It is COLD out - hot filling soup was much needed
Sausage and Kale Soup
w/potatoes and dittalini
Did not really follow a recipe - but I think I have posted one here in the past. Finished it off with just a little bit of red wine vinegar and the tiniest hint of nutmeg.
