Pushing Spring
The temps in some of the towns around us last night were close to minus 20, real temps, not wind chill. So this was a day for a flowery table cloth. Neil had a meeting with some folks about something and I made them dinner. Just soup and salad - Sausage and Kale/Cabbage, really very good for such a cold night. Big salad , bowl of pickled beets in the foreground, some folks , it turns out, don't like them. Big crunchy loaf of bread.
