* this was an already put together Wegmans product that really - all you do is take off the plastic and put the pan in comes with in the oven - no muss, no fuss, at all. They call it " Italian Style " pork roast - and really, it sits on a bed of oranges and onions , and is coated in all sorts of yummy spices, the only one I could tell was fennel seeds. It made the house smell wonderful and tasted fantastic.
