dinner








So, I have all but become a chicken-atarian. Close to all I am eating these days, but HEY, I've dropped like 50# . SO , Chicken it is.

The Margarita Chicken was just not good. Tonight was something new. 


  • 1/2 a cupish Siracha Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Texas Pete
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • cleaned and dried chicken halves with just some salt and pepper.
  • place on hot grill and just start slathering the chickens in the sauce. I used a turkey baster, keep turning and coating ever few min. Let the top get nice and caramelized.
  • This was GOOD, spicy as ALL get out, but Y-U-M-M-Y !

A nice cooling cucumber salad to go along with the chicken, and I won't lie, I ate a hotdog too...
