Neil's dinner


  I had chicken and salad and some of this asparagus, which was off the charts good. Very fresh, plain , no oil - nothing onto the HOT grill... maybe a minute, then roll it over.. 60-90 seconds  more ( try one, should be close to done) 

Stuck them in a zip lock bag with a little bit ( really) of butter, could have been olive oil, a half a lime that I had already squeezed on the chicken and some sea salt. Let it steam just till I got everything else off the grill and back into the house.

  BEST EVER!
