Another attempt at this Margarita Chicken, this time at least it was bone in.
Really, Tequila, Cointreau, lime ( plus onions, garlic and chili flakes). Plastic bag , a couple of hours. Was not what I wanted it to be, BUT: I came into the house to get a clean plate to bring the chicken in, and came back out to a conflagration, grill-a-blaze!
So, it was a little charred. I'll try it one more time.
