ho-hum.. nothing going on in the world these days, so LUCKILY the  U.S.House Commerce  Trade, and Consumer Protection Subcommittee has time in their leisurely day to take up the horror that is the lack of a COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAY-OFF

from the AP :  " Rep. Joe Barton of Texas, who has introduced legislation that would prevent the NCAA from labeling a game a national championship unless it's the outcome of a playoff system, said that efforts to tinker with the BCS were bound to fail."It's like communism," he said at the House Energy and Commerce Committee's commerce, trade and consumer protection subcommittee hearing. "You can't fix it."

Now, no one thinks COLLEGE FOOTBALL is more important than I do, BUT,  A big ole whopping W T F!

Really, ya'll have time for this sort of thing???? Any of this ring a bell

This is not even my usual rant and rave about the GOP in Washington, cause they are totally with out ANY power. Democrats had to convene this meeting. Come on , guys, this is stuff you can deal with AFTER President Obama fixes everything...
