Now then, this is not really a surprise, people have been moving to the Sun Belt for years. My only question is how much will the all powerful GOP in Texas let the folks who are making their population increase, elect their own Representatives ?
You have to also remember that Congressional Representation is how the Electoral College is figured out and all... making Florida, the new..... well, Florida.
