My sleep has been all goofy for the last few night, making things around me just not so pleasant. So, today is my first day of ZERO CAFFEINE, which I had just become an all out junkie. I'm crabby, achy and have a head ache ,which I don't get... really,  other than days like this I don't even really know what people are talking about when they say they have headaches....
A few days of this ... and I should be able to start sensibly mainlining my coffee again....

I'm just fine, although you might want to feel a little bit sorry for Neil .
