Neil surprised me with a brand new wireless keyboard and mouse this afternoon, with what appears to be a very sound space bar [ I have very strong thumbs ]. I like it very much, BUT, it is microsoft, and we are a pure Kinsey six APPLE house.... HOW DO I CUT AND PASTE SOMETHING ???? ( there is no apple key!!! )

To copy (after highlighting the desired text) press "cntrl" and the letter "C" simultaneously.
Press "ctrl" and the letter "X" simultaneously to cut - And simultaneously press "ctrl" and the letter "V" to paste.
