Five Days and exactly 12 hours....

Just sit still, don't break out and don't bite your nails.

Enough pressure on any two young folk getting married, throw in a future King and a few billion around the world watching ( Charles Phillip Arthur George ). Our Miss Kate has got a big week on her hands. Odd to go to be common and wake up Royal and all....
getting in a little footy
before the wedding.

St. James Palace has released the guest list and seating chart ( now, there was a head ache! ) for the coming big day. A thing that most folk are not getting, cause they have real lives and have not lived for this type of thing since they were like eight years old and all, this is not a STATE Wedding. Charles to Diana was, cause he is the Prince of Wales. There for screaming ugly Americans, President and Mrs. Obama are not invited, because they do not know the bride and groom. It is  not some British snub at us, really. Nancy went to Chuck and Di's cause it was a STATE wedding, and I am guessing that the then First Lady did not wear much of a hat that day, because I can not remember it.

But all that is neither here nor there: THE GUEST LIST.
A little taste, here is the Groom side's family. This is a lot of tool and mums to for the Middleton's to have to tie to those pews.

The Seating Chart

As everyone knows from watching one of the k+b's favorite movies, The Prince and the Showgirl, the vast majority of folks at the wedding will be looking at each other , not the bride and groom, but you get to say you were there and all...We will be taking a deeper look into the seating chart, later on.

A little side bar here , since it is Easter weekend and all. Charles has already said that when he is anointed on high and takes the sceptre and orb and all, he is going to do so as The defender of FAITH, not THE FAITH, even though he will be he head of the Anglican church, and in holding with that, the heads of all the British Churches will be there , a nice touch.

A MUCH bigger story that who is coming , is what is NOT going to there.

Only wine and champagne at the reception.
BUT, I am guessing that Prince Harry can find a closet some where in all of B'Ham palace to hide his cooler....

Our last rumor today, ( and don't fret, we will be wall to wall wedding this week ) is that the then Mrs. Wales ( no one really knows what we are going to call OMK as of yet.. long story... if we stick to Royal protocol , she will be Princess William of Wales... but that would only confuse the editorial staff of American Vogue, so they will , everyone is guessing become the Duke and Duchess of something, or just everyone go to hell in a hand basket, and call her just Princess Kate... ) word on the street is that Cate will be leaving for her honeymoon wearing ...Victoria Beckham! Yes! I was a little in shock as well. Posh and Becks are going to be at the wedding and all. The thing is her latest collection is not all wet suit tight and gyno short - some of the dresses are very nice.. So, we shall see.
