do you think maybe Krugman thinks HE would've made a better T Sec than Geithner?

Whatever his motives, he's the only one who can explain stuff like this http://krugman.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/03/23/geithner-plan-arithmetic/ in terms I can understand.
