Superlatives.

I am talking the real thing. Not every little kid on the soccer team gets a trophy, because if little Suzie showed up and picked her nose, she gets a trophy... self esteem and all.

No, this is the real deal, which is VERY rare. To have an ABSOLUTE best of anything , to empirically know, with out any hint of a doubt that whatever is the best OR worst of something. It's Ty Cobb, it's Babe Ruth. It's April, no, fool, it's October. Single malt scotch versus your small batch bourbon.. you name it, everyone has an opinion of what is the BEST or WORST of anything.

All that said, we have with out a doubt , 100% the absolute worst red carpet out fit , ever. I am talking worse than Bork's now infamous Swan. Worse than Gwyneth Paltrow's boob gate. HERE is a list of some of the all time horrible red carpet looks, go... familiarise yourself with them.

Your Grammy's, your Tony's, Your Emmy's , the Oscar's naturally. Even this past weekends little pretend red carpet down in DC, with the White House Correspondents dinner. ALL pale compared to the annual Metropolitan Museum of Arts' Costume Institute Gala. IT is the real deal. None of this NEW designer nonsense that you sometimes see in Hollywood. ONLY the big guns are brought out on this night . This year the event was to celebrate the opening of a special Met Exhibit :
