dinner ( last night )

Slab-o-ribs

Neil was in a rib mood. I view them like crabs or artichokes, just too darn much work for the amount of food. AND! I did not cook them well. My dry rub was overly spicy and I put the sauce on too early. There was a lovely grilled shrimp salad that was very good.
