Weird Sister Bait

( poor choice of words? )

In a move that takes us ONE step closer to a President Camacho, ABC News chose this past Sunday to subtitle a word that This Week host Christiane Amanpour used in a conversation about The Constitution.

  • PERSPICACIOUS - having keen mental perception and understanding, discerning: to exhibit perspicacious judgment.
Right off the bat, me nor the Wanker knew what this specific word meant, but, with just a couple of seconds in our internal etymology-machine, we could figure it out. I think it is sort of funny that ABC hired Ms. Amanpour away from CNN, where she was known for her " worldly-ness " to stick her behind this desk, and then feels the need to do this.

The real reason I am doing this post is this comment on the site MEDIAITE :

She’s a typical liberal – or radical – intellectual poseur. Look it up if you must. “Poseur” means “pretender” or, more frankly, “fool”.

See, in 2011, in Palin/Bachmann's America, big words and book lernin' is Commie talk.....
