Pot Roast
Brussel Sprouts
White Rice
 your chunk o meat
carrots
onions
garlic
REAL potatoes
 Chuck the chunk in the slow cooker with all the cut up veggies, a can of tomatoes, and what ever makes you happy. Herbs de Province, rosemary, red pepper flakes.... make yourself happy.5-6 hours later, dinner.

 Caramelized Brussel Sprouts with mushrooms and onions.... will do this again
