dinner


Before we left for the game last night, all ready and just killing a little time, Neil and I watched a very old Barefoot Contessa - where Ina made a really yummy looking BLUE CHEESE SOUFFLE. Just clicked in my head that I wanted to make on - mainly because I had everything in house to make it ( turned out I had the wrong blue cheese, but we had to stop at Wegmans anyway )

It turned out very nicely. I forgot to make a little circle in the top of the unbaked souffle, in order to make it rise straight up, and not tilt like this one did.


But for a very first time, it looked great

  •  Blue Cheese Souffle
  • Mesclun Salad w Champagne vinaigrette
Next time I make one, I do a step by step or a video....
