Larry Zuendel Slater and Jeremy Cooper Erdreich were married Friday by Pedro A. Jaile, a Massachusetts justice of the peace, at the Town Hall in Provincetown, Mass. On June 11, Rabbi Jonathan Miller is to lead a religious ceremony at Temple Emanu-El in Birmingham, Ala.
Mr. Slater (left), 41, is an adjunct professor and a candidate for a Ph.D. in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, from which he received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. He also holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Auburn University. His mother, Frances Casey Slater of Biloxi, Miss., is an office manager there for AAAA Midcoast Storage, a personal storage facility. His father, Robert G. Slater of Pine Knoll Shores, N.C., retired as an electrical engineer at BAE Systems, the British defense and security company, in Rockville, Md.
Mr. Erdreich, 42, is an architect in Birmingham and the president of an architecture firm there that bears his name. He graduated from Yale and received a master’s in architecture from Harvard. He is a son of Ellen Cooper Erdreich and Benjamin Leader Erdreich of Birmingham. His mother retired as a professor of art history at American University in Washington. His father represented the Sixth Congressional District of Alabama from 1983 to 1993.
The elder Mr. Erdreich is now a partner with his son and his daughter, Anna Bethia Erdreich, in Metropolitan, a real estate development firm that specializes in residential and commercial properties in downtown Birmingham.

RAIN DOWN FIRE AND LOCUSTS! A cute gay couple in B'ham how did they ever get in ? These accomplished guys could live anywhere on the planet, but chose to stay home. The Baptist horrors that I am sure they are causing.
