The vast majority of American cooking shows just suck beyond belief, the Food Network is a painful joke ( the PBS ones are still good! ) but the BBC and Mary are just top shelf. You will actually learn things and want to cook - if only it was not so hot. There are only six, the others can be found if you just do a little searching on youtube.
